Here’s the second EP release by California band Kite in the Air called “Magic Marker”. Kite in the Air is Emma Lucia on vox (Jed & Lucia) with production by Mark Reveley (WZRDZ, Meterhead, Jed & Lucia) and Mike Genius (WZRDZ).

Self characterizing their style is captured somewhere between Adult, Laika, Ladyhawke, Azure Ray, Mu, Gary Numan, The Pretty Things and Sebastian - which is obviously very wide-ranging or can be taken to mean that they’re kinda undecided. But there’s not even a suggestion of undecidedness - these guys definitively do know what they’re doing! And it just sounds perfectly wonderful. Kite in the Air are delivering here a very unique package of 5 catchy tunes which are worth to pay attention to.
