Acid Washed
Record Makers are proud to present the first EP by their latest signing - France based Acid Washed, a two-man process primarily deteriorating sound amongst souvenirs, friends, home studios and analogue equipment. The result is a fusion of late nineties filter house and DFA typical disco anthems that acknowledges the influence of Chicago and Detroit without being overly reverential. Cosmic tunes is their headword.
The release features the tracks “General Motors, Detroit, America” and “Snake” with remixes by Gavin Russom and Blackstrobe and is out November 23rd on 12″ transparent vinyl. We’re not sure what “General Motors, Detroit, America” is dedicated to but it’s a great synthesizer journey.
