Re:Haydn

In the year of the 200th anniversary of Joseph Haydn’s death, Re:Haydn with its 12 remixes provides the first contemporary answer to the music of this major Austrian composer. Today we support homebwoy Shir Khan with his remix for the ultraclassic Symphony in G-major out on Universal Classic/Deutsche Grammphon now. The complete package will include more remixes by Dorian Concept, Stereotyp, Krazy Baldhead, Moulinex, Patrick Pulsinger&Diskokaine, Alexander Robotnik, AGF and more. None of this artists ever dealed with Haydn before in artistic interpretations. However, and this is what counts, all of them wanted to engage with his work.

If you’d love to fulfill your musical collection with a special gem of BaileFunkyTrippingElectro meets an old composition of an older man you should take this tidbit by Shir Khan with happiness and curiosity.
