The Sneekers are a Dj and production duo from Vilnius/Lithuania and another positive proof for where innovative and propulsive electronic music is home based in 2009. The former Eastern Bloc wears the breeches while French kids still pick their noses and sample everything that can’t defend against untill a new Daft or Justice will come like a shot. And what the most US kids bring out is suspect to me since the first day.

The Sneekers shared 4 tracks and remixes with us. Their own “POP (You Got It)” can already be found on BBC Radio1 tracklists and will be released on Mylo Recordings including 2 remixes and a bonus track called “Jova”. And the The British do now what’s good cause the remix of “Stolen Stylophone” also was played a few times on the BBC Radio1.

We’ll keep an eye on these two guys and in the meantime we dance to their tracks like raving loonies.
