Modeselektor’s buddy Siriusmo personally invited himself to be the very first artist on Monkeytown Records (Mdslktr’s brandnew label) and will be No. 001 of the still virginal label catalogue. Sometimes heartsick, melodies that creep under your skin, serious drama, touching melancholy that collapses into absurdism and which makes fun of itself. Technical devices and a lot of fantasy artistically cover up lacking musical abilities. Note that there will be two EPs by Siriusmo with a following (debut) album at the end of 2009, all on Monkeytown Records.
