Gejius chekking his mails, live.
We got a soft spot for handmade electronic tunes and for tracks, that give off the wish to never stop while listening. This is how we felt by enjoying the gems Gejius, he sent over from Portland.
The first track, called “Makkuro Kurosuke”, his first track off his first CD Black Eyes, is a downtempo beat, owning his highlightened moments, improved with undefinable vocals sounding like a primary school-group going postal in their lunch break. His remix for Fast Computers’ “Gravity/Love” completes the feeling of lulling electronic entertainment, making listeners feeling all around comfortable from the beginning to the end. These tracks are not invasive, but a subliminal blitheful soundtrack to swing through the day.

the sample for “makkuro kurosuke” was taken from the excellent anime film MY NEIGHBOUR TOTORO, in case you didn’t know. its a chant that the kids used to tell the ghosts and spirits to stop hiding and to reveal themselves.
