The Real Heat

The Real Heat, a DIY band from London, pumpz blasting bass and pumping blastz. And pump in pumpz. And kikk some rmxez, start playing hard ball to blow off your soxxx and make-up.

These 3 sisterz sing, write, produce and dj, have had 3 self released singlez, “Stand And Deliver”, “Hotgirl” and their latest one “Hearts Not Innit” which was Puregroove single of the week and which we love to give you in a remix below. They’ve worked with top Dance and Indie producerz including: Arthur Baker, Richard X and Tim Holmes and were featured on the Alphabeat album “This is Alphabeat” on the track “Go Go”. Most recently they have produced trakkz for up and coming rapper Tic-Tac and did remix work for The Teenagers and Young Fathers (as well a gem, that has to be grabbed below)!

The Real Heat is now putting together their first album. It’s going to be called “Fuck4Traxxx” and it will be out in spring 2009. All in all a ton of stuff to check, if you aren’t already familiar with these girls and a lot of stuff to very look forward to. Keep your eyez open in 2009.
